Has anyone had this happen?  Is there any way to argue it?  I had placed the listing on Equator prior to an offer, at B of A's request to the Seller. They did a BPO pretty quickly and now they've rejected this offer immediately, saying the price is too low.  If the house was in good shape, they would be correct but it's literally a dump.  There are bags of trash 6' high, broken cabinets and counters, etc.

Hi Karyl,

I just saw another post that may help you with this problem. Here's the link: http://www.shortsalesuperstars.com/group/bankofamericashortsales/fo...
Karyl - They have an internal value, your offer was lower. If there was an actual BPO done for a previous offer, they normally keep those for 90 days, then will order a new one.
Thank you!!!! That gave me the answer. I love this site!
