Hi guys,
Equator prompted me to upload listing agreement and short sale listing addendum on a WF short sale. I just uploaded the ones I sent to them the first time when the file was opened -- but I am reading they need to be done every 60 days.....do they mean a brand new listing agreement? My seller signed a listing agreement with me good for a year! I need to do another one?
And what about the short sale listing addendum? She has to fill out a brand new one??
Please help me understand. I re-uploaded the originals (dated the end of February) -- if I need to do brand new ones I need to do some scrambling because I don't want to get kicked out of the system.
Please help!!!
Thank you!!

I haven't been asked to re-submit it every 60 days, but every time I receive that task, I just submit the original one again. It hasn't been rejected yet. It's a bit ridiculous to keep changing the dates on our Agreements and to get parties to re-sign. Circle the expiration date on your Listing Agreement and just re-upload it, but you must complete the task by uploading something! I think they just want to verify that it's still active. However, the Hardship letter is re-dated if nothing has changed. Hope this helps.
Hi Celeste -
Thank you so much for your response! Yes it does help and I'm breathing again. :) Have a great day!
