ASC / Wells Fargo HAFA...looking for guidelines!

We are hoping to get some direction on HAFA SS approvals with ASC/Wells Fargo. We initiated the SS on 1/18; all the documents and RMA were submitted on 1/30. The appraisal has been done & received by ASC. We just receivied a good offer last night. Should we complete an ARASS and send the offer into our negotiator? Is this going to foul up the HAFA SSA? Does anyone have ASC's matrix for the HAFA program? Wew...thanks for the help!

I'm pretty sure they follow Wells Fargo.
