I work w/many Realtors, nationally, and am apart of BOA's #1 ranked team, nationally. I talk to Bob and Bill Borda 1-2 times a month and try to stay ahead of the curve on our SS processes. I work with 10 Sr SS Escalation Managers across the country and talk to each of them at least once a week. I don't know everything, but I can get answers for you. Use me whenever you can.

Its frustrating and I empathize with all of you. I know we have our work cut out to secure your faith going forward, which is why I will do all I can to assist you in your SS challenges. The workflow is not perfect, and may never be. However, I think we have come along way since 2007- (hand writting the account # on each page and faxing a 100 page file in). There are some beta programs in the works that will reward you with SS referrals based on your Equator metrics- kind of like the REO listings. In any event, I'm here for you all. Use me. Thanks..

Thank you so much.  I was actually looking for a middle initial and wasn't sure if his email was "Robert."  I'm sure someone will confirm it at some point.  Let me know how Mark works out for you.  I normally go to the Chairman's office... but think I'm on his bulletin board that he throws darts at every day!!  All kidding aside, his staff is wonderful, and they get things done.  Bank of America is my most favorite bank to work with.  Good luck!  You'll get the HUD approved!
