One processor for all of Equator

I have been told this morning that Wells has only one processor for all Equator files. This means it can be months before the file even gets to a negotiator. Has anyone else been told the same thing? I am just suppose to feel sorry for the employee and wait. Although I do sympathize with a person stuck in that situation, where is management of Wells Fargo in remedying the situation? Did all their processors quit, and join the Occupy movement???

That would help explain why it took 5 months to get an answer from them when the file was switched to Equator in May.

I dont believe that to be true, I have several with Wells right now and have dealt with more than one processor

I cannot stand their version of Equator and do not use it.

Just submitted a WF by fax - they received and are good with that route. What types of WF SSales have to be on Equator?
