Does anyone know a supervisor for Teri Dames? I need some help on this one fast! Thanks!

I have a short sale which Teri negotiated late April, in May told me she was going to the 2nd lien investor for approval.  Both loans are with Citi, 82% return on the 1st and 42% cash payment towards the bal on the 2nd.  Conversation with the 2nd last week, they do not know anything about a short sale, and have not been contacted.  I faxed info to them, and still no luck.  Teri insists it is her file and she is working on it, although she has not returned calls or emails in over 2 weeks, and has not commented on the 2nd loan collection dept and short sale loss mitigation dept comments that they have no info on a short sale.

 

Anyone with ideas or supervisor info on CitiMortage, CitiGroup would be most helpful.

If you call the short sale customer service number, they should give you the lead person Adam Lauman is a lead ... and the manager ... Jack Matlock is a manager for a negotiator I had (Tarah Thacker) who went on medical leave ... now I have Dora Young.

866-520-5499 is the customer service number I have once a package is sent to Citi.

I do not have any numbers ... when they call me, it comes up unavailable on my caller id. My only contact with them is through email ... [email protected] - he is a manager, never had responded to me, he forwards to the right contact, that is how I got Dora after a week of no response from anyone. [email protected] ... she is a negotiator and only replies by email ... just as Tara Thacker did not talk on phone, just by email - one thing I do not like about Citi.

Adam Lauman ... that name was given to me as a lead for the negotiators, but his email bounced back to me. May have middle initial as Dora does in her email.

I have never really 'spoken' on the phone to anyone but Dora ... I am going crazy, we got approval, but second came back with crap and now have to get the HUD approved again. Been over two weeks, both buyer and seller have signed their closing papers, just waiting on new HUD approval. PAIN!!

 

Yes, Nancy, this would be helpful.  Mike, please understand, Teri has been very professional, but we are sitting on 3 months waiting on FNMA to approve a 2nd loan payoff and it is not a purchase money loan.  It was  a line of credit that the borrower took out to payoff several small bills acquired during divorce.  Maybe I am dunce, but does FNMA get involved in lines of credit?   I just spoke with the SS Dept on 2nd liens and they told me I have to wait for Teri to return my calls.  I am to wait up to 48 hours.

Thanks, Nancy, I'll try the emails.  I appreciate this guys, and if/when I get response I ill forward to you!

I am waiting on the same thing ... Citi to approve the second lien HELOC cash contribution on final HUD. Its a pain!

The buyers and sellers have already signed, money in, seller moved, should have closed on July 5 ... sent HUD June 30th...nothing yet.

I just copied Jack Matlock on the last email asking what is taking so long.
