HELP...BofA Short Sale Declined b/c I could not upload offer in REOtrans quick enough
How can I get the portal re-opened so that we can present offer? I have called in and re-faxed offer to regular BofA, I have sent numerous emails to REOtrans(no help)....they have on the BofA short sale line that it was declined but if their was a different status they would review...My seller was requested in sending in more info....after he does will this prompt them to re-open???
This file has been in process for 4 months and I missed my 5 daywindow to re-send in the offer to REO trans(I never knew it had been opened to send)...R U SERIOUS?

Wow, that is too bad. How did you find out that you missed the window? Do you have any ideas as to how the rest of us can avoid what happened to you? As for your short sale don"t give up. The most important quality a short sale agent can have is the fact that we are tenacious. Good luck.

I knew they denied it b/c I finally got back in the site and it said "time expired to load offer"...I hate that place

Resubmit the offer, it will open it back up
