Is Chase waiving deficiency rights in the approval letter for non recourse states

Has anyone been able to get Chase to waive all rights to deficiency recently.  I have seen in the past the bold print that says something like "you are responsible for the original terms under the original note" or something.  Then the last approval letter I got said NOTHING at all about deficiency being waived or not.  My client was filing BK anyway so they didn't care, but I have 2 new ones with Chase and was just curious.  I am in a NON RECOURSE state...

I had one on May 6th, it says nothing other then that the short sale will be reported to the credit reporting agencies and may have an adverse effect on the seller's credit. This was titled as a conditional approval.  Wish I could be more help.

I just recieved my Chase approval letter, in a non recourse state of California. Mine did not say anything at all about the deficiency being waived or not. Also, only spoke about how it may have an adverse effect on my credit as a conditional approval. It was on a refinanced loan, no cash out, no heloc, on a second home.
