My Profile

I am a residential/commercial/investment/ business real estate broker in Wisconsin for the last 24 years; serving all of Southeastern Wisconsin. I primarily do work in all of Waukesha County,Milwaukee County,Washington County,Dodge County,Ozaukee County and Jefferson County. I not only have done short sales in residential since 1996, but have done, and still do Commercial short sales. Investor owned, as well as bank portfolio. I am just a hardworking guy that has a dedicated bunch of people working with him along with a big German Shepherd named Lars which is a trained and highly talented and wonderful search and rescue/therapy dog. Lars is an air scenter meaning he is trained to find live human beings. The other dogs on our team were specialty dogs as well such as cadaver dogs and powder dogs. I am also a recovery diver. Lars motivates everyone around him. Some call him our mascot; I tend to think he is our glue. Besides, he is happy with some hot dogs here and there, some fries, and a lot of hugs. I welcome you to find others that have a stronger sense of commitment and mission to seeing a transaction through to a closing. From single family homes, lake homes, commercial buildings, multi family property, businesses, all Investment properties, Industrial property, and land when we start a project we see it to fruition.
