USAA as a 2nd Lien, Home Equity Line, not a purchase money of $56,000.00. How much do you think B of A may extend to 2nd if B of A is the 1st lien holder and also not a purchase money?
USAA wants $13,500 to release lien only? (It started with $19,500.00, release lien only, charge off and no promissory allowed.) By the way, seller is current with the 2nd USAA.
