"You can resubmit a corrected HUD. If the float fee is a killer for the deal, consult your closer/broker/agent/ attorney and have them figure out the proper way to expense the excess, or eliminate it."

Good thing for me, I listened. She showed me I could still sell my home, take cash away from the closing, and she helped with EVERY detail. She sold my house in 14 days, arranged repairs, helped me negotiate with the moving van, and cried with me when I said goodbye to my home.
