He also received designations from the following; REO Default Certified Professional, Certified Short Sale Specialist, REO Trans Certified Platinum, National REO Brokers Association, INC., Equator Certified REO/ Short Sale, RES.NET Certified and more.
Prior to working in Real Estate David successfully Managed 75 employees as a Branch Manager for Lending Corp., Branch Manager for Wells Fargo and Finance Director for Toyota selling an astonishing 500 vehicles per month managing 150 employees.
David Short Sale and Real Estate owned success includes working with many of the top lenders such as; Bank of American/Countrywide, National City, Wachovia Bank, Aurora Loan Services, First Horizon, GMAC, Indymac, PHH Mortgage, JP Morgan Chase, Nation Star Mortgage and others.
