In AZ we don't put the State or the Zip Code on our Exclusive Right to Sell. This is a first ... Wells Fargo just rejected my listing contract because it doesn't include the zip code. Not a big deal to add it in, but thought I'd post here so other AZ agents will know to include the zip before uploading this document!

Yes and when you add it, have the sellers initial above it before resubmitting.
another new twist, they just required the buyers on my listing to provide full middle names, not initials..rejected hud until we had full middles!
idk Jeff, there is no spot for it! I think the legal description is the most important info anyway.
Wells Fargo will reject about anything. They just rejected a document of mine because they said it was illegible. What I sent them was probably one of the clearest copies I've ever seen.
On an FHA short sale Wells Fargo rejected my Listing Agreement because Lane was abbreviated Ln. The tax records used the abbreviated Ln. That is why I used it on the Listing Agreement. Wells Fargo would not budge so I had to re-do the Listing Agreement. It's amazing the nonsense they get carried away with. It's like a passenger complaining about the wallpaper on a sinking cruise ship.
Chris - EXCELLENT Point - same thing happend to me. Also, on OWB / IndyMac, they must include Condo Unit #'s even if it is not part of the address!
Great info
Harry - I do the same thing but on some condos the Unit # is not part of the address and has to be dug out of the Legal Description which is what I had to do on a OWB deal.....
Chris - that's interesting. I haven't run into but I'm about to upload a new one today. Will adjust it - thanks!
Wells Fargo is the worst bank to do short sales. The only one who made things much worst.
