Anything different than BofA?

I finally received my remaining tasks late yesterday. They had a few different formats that are typical of Bank of America. I had to enter the borrowers income & expenses for month, they don't have a offer sheet to fill in but have the actual fields from a Settlement statement to fill. Also, they ask for contract addendums as a seperate task yet do not provide the actual Wells Fargo addendums so one would need to know that you must have to upload along with any standard contract addendums that you may have.

They do not allow for any uploading of documents through the Library. You must have a task to upload a document for security reasons they state. So if you have a document such as a CMA or a cover letter that you use, like I do, then you'll need to add it on to a provided task and add under the Bulk feature loading. They indicate to not load anything not requested but hey, I have to send in a CMA and my cover letter.

Hi All,

I have gotten 1 file pretty far along now (uploaded all docs, Settlement Statement, Financial Statement (both entered manually).  There is a lot more detail required than B of A, but that is to be expected with Wells.  Anyone have any comments on their experience so far?

I hope Well Fargo being on Equator doesn't mess things up. I had great experiences working with Wells in the past. The fastest closing being 38 days from the day the offer was accepted by the seller NOT Wells. I am taking a new short sale listing this Friday. The lender is Wells with no second. I will be looking for updates regarding Wells and Equator.
I have been trying to initiate for over a week, on Equator with Wells. Same response with the incorrect SSN or incorrect borrower info, even though everything is correct. I'm faxing it in to get it going. Frustrating.
We have been having an issue with the gazillian tasks they send you and the documents they are asking for. We are also having an issue with them saying the preliminery HUD is not a preliminery HUD!

I agree with you!  I am very frustrated with this mess and we had five files kicked out of negotiations and they wanted us to initiate in Equator instead!  I am not happy!!!
march 28th, still cannot initiate..customer service says they are aware of issue!
I have tried with 2 different files and the system was unable to find the loans. When I called customer service I was told there were glitches in the system being worked out and that I would have to fax the docs
