I received an email on Thursday from my negotiator that I needed the Buyer Acknowledgment Disclosure and that it was attached. It was not attached and I have emailed her 3 times and left 2 voice mails for her trying to get it. This is my first FHA and I do not have the disclosure and can't find it anywhere.
Does anyone have it or know where I can get it? I have to turn it in tomorrow.
Thanks

If I am thinking of the right form, you usually get this from the buyer's lender. It's an FHA/VA disclosure. The negotiator doesn't usually send this..do they? The FHA Short Sale I am doing (I am the listing agent), the buyers lender sent me the form for my sellers to sign.
If you are the listing agent, then ask the buyers agent to ask their lender.
Good luck.
This is one where the actual sellers loan is FHA and this is the first time I have had one. I think you are talking about the buyer being FHA? Thank you!
If you're in the early stages of negotiation and processing, I think it's the BAc form...it's on their resource center link:
Thank you so much. I can't believe I missed it there. I got it now!

You will find the form here: https://agentresources.bankofamerica.com/content/document/ss_buyers...
