No, not at all.  You only need to put loan numbers om the docs that you fax in.  If you are uploading tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements, etc., you do not need to put loan numbers on those docs.
Celeste is right.  You do not need to put loan numbers on every document when uploading into Equator.  That practice harkens back to the "good ole days" when you had to fax stuff to the bank and they'd drop the pile of papers on the floor.  They wanted to be able to identify your file from the mess that was laying on the floor!
A perfect analogy, Valerie.  Since I have your attention, has anyone had to submit a Request for Variance on a PFS property and, if so, how did it work out?  HUDs value on an FHA SS listing I have is $290,000, but we cannot get an offer above $250,000.  What are the chances of a Variance being looked at or even approved by HUD?

Thank God you don't have to do that with Equator any more. If you were faxing over the documents ;yes, you would need to put th loan number on every doucments.

I hope it all goes well for you.

I still do, just in case! it's a pain but I do it from my printer so that I load each page into the paper drawer and a small itty bitty loan # slip of paper in the top rt corner of my printer and voila, each page has a loan # on it!

Gael, you actually print everything and add loan numbers to it?  There are alot of programs out there that will add headers and footers to the page.  I use ADOBE professional for all of my documents and rarely ever print anything unless I absolutley have to.

Your way seems like alot of time and in this business time is money.......
