Also got a Suntrust closed on the buyers side today, I only had to step in at the end and get the approvals extended so I won't take too much credit for that. Stay tuned for next week, we have several short sales closing then!!!! I am going to play the lottery!

I have a BofA that just went into Equator. Pretty Smooth so far. Never had any problems with the BofA ladies, so I hope it'll continue like this. But this one is not a big loss for the bank. My two others will probably be toughter. Will see!
