Be prepared to have the short sale outsourced to PowerReo. Here's their agreement

I'm trying to get a feel for how a short sale I have is going to play out.  Conventional 1st with AHMSI and 2nd with Real Time Solutions.  Homeowners completed a BK and are not willing to contribute if requested.

I just called and talked to someone at Real Time and explained the situation and the rep said they would ask for 10%, Real Time is owed a little over $100k

Do you have any thoughts on the feasibility of AHMSI allowing 10% and the 2nd accepting 10%?

Just a FYI on the 1% fee. AHMSI, charges the buyer 1% of the purchase price only if they own the loan.

Does anyone have a better fax # for short sale docs? The one listed above is not working for me today.

these folks are precious - I have a HAFA approval letter, finally found a buyer willing to overpay for the property and the negotiator counters for an even higher price.

Incredible.

I'll scroll thru these posts, surely there is an escalation contact somewhere.

I'm sure this isn't the first time this has happened.

This isn't my account. Just trying to help a friend.

Negotiator arbitrarily rejected offer without ordering a BPO. Was assigned to new negotiator who is impossible to reach.

It's a fixer ---which is why all cash buyer believed he can get it for less than list price.  Another house similar in size, near this one, was totally redone, but with foundation issues was reduced to $299K.

Did you ask why an interior BPO wasn't done?
