Met LIfe Is a Joke! Need some help!!

Ok so I need some help from the group on anyone with a number to a live body within Met Life. I've been trying for a week and hours on hold (lovely elevator music) to get someone and no luck. My negotiator quit or was fired a couple weeks ago at the most critical time. I desperately need some help shaking the Met Life tree :)

Is it a HUD? an Fannie Mae? A Freddie Mac?

I was able to get help from HUD.  E-mail me and I will dig for a couple HUD e-mail addresses if it is a HUD loan.

I eventually closed my MetLife deal, but I had to get a HUD representative to demand action and threaten sanctions against MetLife.  They ignored even these threats for an additional 6 months.  They outright lied and told me that HUD told them they could not approve the PFS extensions. The PFS approval is good for 120 days,  MetLife sat on it for over 90 days before they sent it to us.  I called HUD and they once again demanded that MetLife extend the PFS.  They refused for an additional 6 months.  In the meantime I went through 2 buyers.  Finally, out of the blue, they extended the PFS and we closed the deal.

unfortunately, yes.  We will not accept deals fro MetLife or ING Direct.  Seriously considering IndyMac and Freddie Mac as well.

Travis what times of day are you calling? I'm averaging 5-15 wait times on my calls to them however I'm with Joseph.
