i have a short sale with PNC, and of course after 9 months of feathering the price down from 240 to 125 where we got a cash offer at $120. And of course now they say they will only take $160,000. in the same breath of air he says that he is going to contact the seller to do a deed in lieu. I hate getting left out in the cold. Has anyone ever got paid when the seller does a deed in lieu??

no, because you are not a party to the DIL
I would touch getting paid for a DIL with a ten foot pole. I don't want the question coming back how hard did I fight for my client when I was getting paid either way?
