Yes, I have one with them on the 2nd. they will give you an approval by email in 5-7 days. I've found them super easy to deal with.

The info I have is:
[email protected]
tel. 800-268-9706 x 35

I don't even have a fax number because they do email.
This is one of my favorite Serves to work with. They don't fight you. Give them the information that they request - in a timely manner. They seem to actually want to help get these done.
They are pretty easy to deal with, they tend to give out emails and phone numbers of negotiators
Are you kidding me? Avoid them at all costs! I have never encountered such horrible customer service during my time on this planet. They held up my short sale because they were very unorganized, called me a liar, and are continuing to try and pull more money from me.

AVOID THEM!

GMAC moved my 2nd over to them and it's been non-stop ever since. 'Were you planning on making a payment?' I'm in a short sale and you've already given us the number we need to meet.... ' Well, we don't see that there.' If anyone compliments this company, it's either because they work for them or were INCREDIBLY lucky. Just search for them in Google, you'll uncover a ton of truth.

Doubtful.  And nice assumption about how my act and professionalism may have been during the process.  It makes you look like a tool from the credit industry.... oh, wait.

If that was directed at me calling you out for being in the credit industry; Nah, your LinkedIn profile gave you up.

And it cannot be a conspiracy if spoken as fact and from personal experience.  Sorry to break the legs on your high horse.  Maybe you should go be rude to some other folks, Ronny.

Are you confusing SLS for SPS? SPS is trouble!

SLS has been and excellent servicer for short sales in my experience. I wish all of my short sales were with SLS. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
I think most people that have had good experiences with them are people that have dealt with 1st mortgages held by SLS. Seconds, recovery, collections, thats a whole different game.

Im dealing witha 2nd that I need to escalate...Does anyone have management contacts at SLS?
Upon receiving an offer, one day before the trustee sale, SLS had the balls to tell me that "someone" would have to come to the table with $2500.00 or 1% of the purchase price in order for them to extend the foreclosure date.

Color me stupid, but where is this money going to come from? The seller doesn't have it, the buyer won't put it up, and shouldn't, and neither broker is going to get involved in this type of activity.

THESE ARE THE REASONS BORROWING MONEY IS A BAD IDEA, PERIOD.

Without debt, these stupid problems go away.
I am bringing this post back. I have a 2nd with SLS and they are not going anywhere with me on trying to get an amount approved--1st lender already approved. ANYONE have any contacts?? Please. My email add is [email protected] Thanks in advance.
I've got a short sale offer for $105k, which is really strong for our market, and Specialized is the 2nd. They tell me they won't settle for less than $10k. Are they kidding? The 1st will only allow $3k. There's no way the buyer or seller or going to chip the rest in. How likely are Specialized to come down in that figure? Any tactics?
