I have read people's posts about buying lists of homeowners 60 and 90 days late. This seems better than waiting until everyone knows about the NOD which I can find on Foreclosure Radar. Does anyone…Continue

Hello Shari! Thank you very much for the friend invite! I can work anywhere in Florida, licensed in this state only. I have a very high success rate and have closed well over 100 short sales. I represent the transaction and not just one party. Communication is key and I invite you to learn more about us at www.theservicefirm.com. We are different from most others, you will see that! We are here to serve those we work with and take the pain out of the process. THANKS Shari! If you are ever working with anyone in FL, let me know!
Hi Shari!
Thanks for your inquiry! I've been doing short sale negotiations for almost two years now and have a 99% success rate. I reside in North San Diego county and do negotiations for agents in California and Arizona. I lived in AZ for two years and learned short sale negotiating at a law firm I worked for. I have my real estate broker's license there and have been a licensed realtor in CA for 9 years. I currently refer out all of my listing and buyer leads. I prefer to just do the short sale negotiations so I can focus and do the best job possible. Per the SAFE act and M.A.R.S. requirements for third party negotiators, I am a licensed loan originator and follow all of the M.A.R.S. rules.
Why don't you give me a call and we can talk? 760-807-1981 (If I don't answer, it's because I'm on the phone with a lender!) Donna
