Last Minute Buyer Substitution?

Anyone ever do a last minute buyer substitution on a Suntrust SS??? The buyer's partner has to buy, not original buyer. Buyer name is not referenced anywhere in the approval letter. We are going to try to pull this off by Friday.

Yes, no problems with it either, Suntrust did not care. I am doing one as I type:)
