Fannie Mae Escalations

I'm trying to get an offer through Fannie quickly, which was just submitted to them a few days ago.  What tactic works best as far as phone numbers, escalation contacts, emails, etc... to get this accomplished?

I have never gotten a timely response, even from emailing executives at Fannie Mae. I've gotten phone calls or emails back that say to email someone else. I suggest you try the short sale servicer you are dealing with first. Open to other suggestions. Very frustrating, huh, Kevin?   What happened with yours?

Fannie had the file for a week, asked for a financial assistance form to be filled out and I'm back at waiting again.  I have the file at the BofA escalations manager level but I can't push them hard enough to get Fannie to operate with a sense of urgency.
