What is your overall assessment of the short sale activity in Las Vegas?

I am trying to gather some information for a client who I will be refering to a Las Vegas Realtor.

What is your overall assessment of the S.S. activity in Las Vegas?

Also, do you have any suggestions for a Las Vegas area Realtor?

I am in Phoenix and it is about the same here as in Vegas. I actually just got back from a short sale seminar in Las Vegas. I have a GREAT agent for you.
