Specialized Loan Servicing

Does anyone know what is happening over at Specialized Loan Servicing? I have been trying to get a hold of someone for quite sometime and have not been able to. None of there numbers seem to be working....any suggestions?

Comment by Gina Serra on January 10, 2011 at 1:36pm: I am working on one now at 1-800-306-6059 opt 4. This is a 2nd and they are saying they need 15% of principle balance fro release of lien and no liability. Hope that helps. Gina
