  When you click on Craig's link, nothing about REOTrans is there.

  REOTrans.com now called Equator built a fully customized short sale portal for Bank of America. The url is https://shortsale.bankofamerica.com/. I actually had the CEO of REOTrans call me to discuss what my thoughts were on the system and the process.
  
  Bank of America is not trained and they need to be. A BofA representative should first register and invite the seller into the Bank of America short sale portal. This is done via a phone call to verify information and an email to confirm registration. Once this occurs the seller is to select the agent that is registered into the REOTrans.com system.
  
  There is a massive disconnect about what needs to be done and unfortunately Bank of America is again the log jam in the process.

  I got the same thing. My analyst's first call to me ever was to leave me a message to go register at REOTrans to continue negotiating my short sale (after they've been sitting on it for nearly 5 months). I'm already registered. Anyway, there was nothing there. I don;t think they are really set up to do anything yet. More mass confusion, in my opinion.
