Provident Funding as the First Lien Holder

Has anyone had any experience with Provident as the first? Do you have any contacts to whom one can escalate a file? (supervisor, manager, etc.)

We have a sale date of 12/22/10 and the negotiator does not appear to be doing anything with the file and they say they won't postpone sale dates without approvals. We already have the approval from the second which they have. The negotiator is NOT answering any of my emails.

Thanks for any input you may have.

Jeanne - did you receive any contact info for management at Provident?    I have an October approval (expired in November) that required NO promissory note and NO deficiency.  Sent in for an update to my approval and now Provident says FHLMC wants a $40k promissory note.  I need to escalate to management ASAP as Provident says they're setting a foreclosure date on Monday 2-14.  Please let me know anyone out there has a contact in Management at Provident with whom I can discuss their HUGE shift on my approval in just 90 days' time.  Help.
