An offer was submitted to Ocwen a month ago and we cannot get a live person on the phone just automation! Does anyone have a good number that actually will not send you into the loop abyss?

Great Advise Pam Bohling! That is a swell idea!
Acess the Spanish speaking line and you will usually end up with someone from WPB Florida and not India - when they pick up and are speaking Spanish immediately ask if they speak English - they always do! This has worked for me many times.

You have to be patience, listen to all options and call very early or late. Also, you can have your client open an OCWEN online accont to check status.
They system, is "if we told you we received the docs, your file is in process, and there is no need to talk to you, just relax and wait, we are in India, so please dont waist our time" And most the time, they get things done... I know is frustrating, but that is the way it is.
