Hello All. I would really like to hear from anyone who is having trouble with auction.com/Nationstar. I would like to try to make a change with their policies that are being forced on us. It is not a win win. I understand the lender does not have to do a short sale, however, when they send out letter asking people to do short sales and saying the will help then they should be honest about it. Please provide any feed back. There is power in numbers and I need your help.
thank you in advance

Its horrific. I do not believe Nationstar wants to do short sales at all. they know own the delegated servicing rights to over 300,000 properties. i do not believe they have any intention of cooperating with short sales. They are in it for the commissions. when they auction them they are getting 10%. 5% from seller and 5% from buyer. at REO they are paying buyers agent only 1%. if the average sales price is 200,000 they are keeping about 15,000 in commissions. and 300,000 properties. what do you think they are in it for? Look who owns Nationstar. welcome banks to the real estate business...
