  Jeff, The title company I use was in close contact with the negotiator. We did get lucky that we had an attentive negotiator. I would say the agents involved should be reading all the great posts on this site for tips & recommendations on what they need to do with emails and all. Then hope & pray they have a little luck on their side too. Hope it works out for you.

  I'm a buyer just involved BOA short sale, this short sale has been approved twice but buyers walked. I'm third buyer. I want to escalate my case like you lucky guys and told the agents the story I read in this website, but still no respond. What do I do? Experts, please help and give your ideas.
