Currently have a 2nd in with Key Bank.  Small second with approval of BofA first in hand.    Interesting that they still go through an entire approval process in light of the fact that it is well known BofA will only pay "x" amount.    We have pressure from BofA due to a foreclose date next week and our working on obtaining one more extension to provide Key Bank some more time.  Key Bank is rather nonchalant about ending up with ZERO money for the sake of "this is just how long our process takes".     Jason, I would be most interested in your packet list of items.

My packet is with Key Bank now for approval.  WF and Chase approved already.  Anyone have Key Bank experience to share?

I'm dealing with Key bank now also.  Can you share the short sale package with me?  Also, was it for a pool?  Mine is.  I'm interested in how your experience worked out.
