Anyone out there have a comment about how long it takes to be assigned an negotiaor from Indymac. I received seller acceptance for a SS offer on 7/12/11 The complete package was submitted days later and still no negotiator.  I read other posts that said they are 90 days behind.

Is 90 days still the norm? We just submitted less than 2 weeks ago...how do we know the package has even been received on their end?

My experience is a little different. Package was submitted August 18 and a negotiator was assigned on September 12th.  I am very surprised since all I have read about Indymac is that they are very slow.  A BPO was ordered last week and today I made arrangements for the BPO agent to have access to the house.  I hired a 3rd party negotiator to help me, don't know if that made a difference.
