Hi does anyone have a contact to make a complaint to the Dept of the Treasury, or HUD regarding an FHA short sale I have with MIdlands Mortgage? I had this file with Citi and they were about a week away form approval.. now Midlands ..just keeps delaying..Incompetent!

Midlands has been so bad to deal with.. they have had the file for 3 months.. After getting from Citi. every week its something new, or they need to "speak" to the homeowner .. I give them their # and never call them... It just seems stalled. i am just really frustated. one of the "administrators" told me I was aweek away from approval at Citi before 150,000 notes were transfered to Midlands.... interesting the FHA center is in Oklahoma. that is where Midlands is... coincidence?
