Has anyone else had his/her short sale file transferred from Wilshire Credit Corp. to B of A? I was told by Wilshire that B of A would honor all of their short-sale approvals, but B of A advised me that they do not have the file uploaded into their system yet and therefore cannot confirm such. If anyone else has dealt with this, please help. File is going to trustee sale on the 18th.

Thanks. That is great. I will probably have to call you tomorrow then. I'll be in touch.

If you don't have any luck tomorrow email or call [email protected] cell: 714-612-3963. I have a contact at B of A that may be able to assist. I'm assuming Wilshire is saying they cannot help at this point.

Yup, I have done all of this. I have called B of A's short sale department, foreclosure department, loan servicing department and a few others. No luck at all. Everyone is in the dark and says Wilshire's files have not been fully uploaded to their system yet.

Who have you taken this up with at B of A? Do you have a legitiment offer on this deal? Have you called the Trustee to see if they can assist...who you should contact?

Hello Joel. I have a similar situation. I was working with Wilshire Credit Corporation and was notified the new servicer was going to be Nationstar Mortgage. That was at the end of Feb. As of Friday, 3/12/2010, Nationstar still does not show the file in their system. It’s very frustrating. The 18th doesn’t leave you much time. What state are you in?
