Help: Wilshire Files to B of A

Has anyone else had his/her short sale file transferred from Wilshire Credit Corp. to B of A? I was told by Wilshire that B of A would honor all of their short-sale approvals, but B of A advised me that they do not have the file uploaded into their system yet and therefore cannot confirm such. If anyone else has dealt with this, please help. File is going to trustee sale on the 18th.

Comment by Joel Fajardo on March 15, 2010 at 1:33pm: Yup, I have done all of this. I have called B of A's short sale department, foreclosure department, loan servicing department and a few others. No luck at all. Everyone is in the dark and says Wilshire's files have not been fully uploaded to their system yet.

I was working with Wilshire Credit Corporation and was notified the new servicer was going to be Nationstar Mortgage. That was at the end of Feb. As of Friday, 3/12/2010, Nationstar still does not show the file in their system. It’s very frustrating. The 18th doesn’t leave you much time. What state are you in?
