HELP! Aurora Bank won't let us, the agents contribute toward 2nd. lien and 2nd. lien wont accept 1st. lien's offer

Auroa Bank offered the 2nd. lien holder Realt Time Resolutions 10% of what is owed to them and RTR won't accept the amount they want about 900.00 more. The agents wanted to contribute to close the deal and Aurora won't allow it. I am in a catch twenty two, any suggestions!! Please Help

Comment by Odalys Bekanich on March 16, 2012 at 10:17am: I closed! I finally got someone at Real Time Resolutions that was willing to resubmit, the the file to the investor and got approval the same day, other guy was just playing games, keep calling until you get someone willing to help you.
