  • Hi Petra! Great post about our little--GROWING community!

    One thing that I am faced with here in Charlotte is our growing unemployment rate. I'm praying that the banks loss mitigators realize how crucial it is for them to secure a short sale buyer right now--a foreclosure should never be an option for them with our rates where they are today. They'll lose FAR more than if they get these short sales through.
