We are trying to close this short sale. We have a foreclosure sale of August 23 . We have been working diligently to get this approved and the negotiator(from WELLS FARGO) says they are ready to approve. We have submitted four offers to WELLS but this is the first time a buyer is willing to pay what WELLS is asking. These home owners have tried to seller this home now for 467 days. They put in on the market before they even missed a payment. This home is in a county where only 20 homes have sold this year and the school system is one of the worst in the state. It really is in everyone's best interest to let us close on this property. Please help us get a postponement so we can close. The buyer's financing is in order and we are ready to go.
