EVER HEAR OF A 30 DAY(from start to finish)SHORT SALE CLOSING. SELLERS MOVING(FOREIGN) IS IMMINENT. HELP

This is a BofA Short Sale. Should get an offer tomorrow, but have 30 days to bring it to closing. Seller moving and will not be back for at least a year or mayble more. No family to assign power of attorney. Any ideas, comments, solutions for this critical scenario. Help...

Comment by Bryant Tutas on September 26, 2011 at 1:35pm: We close deals all the time with buyers and sellers that are not in the country. Not sure why them leaving has anything to do with it. As long as they have access to a fax or the internet you should be good. Now if they are leaving and just abandoning the situation then this is a short sale I would walk away from. The seller must participate or it ain't happening.
