Eric,

DTS is a 3rd party vendor which processes files on behalf of BOA. Servicelink is now a 3rd party vendor for BOA as well. Working with DTS is almost identical to work with as BoA. You can escalate on DTS by reaching out to escalations contacts at BOA if needed.

Was working with them recently on a BoA file. They were very efficient and helpful. But then BoA transferred the file to Select Portfolio so DTS was out of the picture. Only criticism of DTS was when the file got transferred to a different person within their company, the new guy did not return calls or emails.
