BOA to Foreclose on Approved Short Sale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone tell me WHY in the world is BOA trying to foreclose on an Approved Short Sale? They approved my short sale and even took the deficiency judgement off the approval letter, but the attorney handling the foreclosure said they STILL have not heard from BOA in order to postpone the foreclosure. I called them daily and they said they are "working" on it. I got the approval last Tuesday and this Tuesday I will be foreclosed on. The buyer is closing on the home on March 30th. Go figure???? I guess they just like hearing from me in the ugliest way!. Anyone experience this??? We are so close. Urgh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes! Robin. Took some yelling and screaming. Now they arent telling me when. I got an approval on $360 on a home that was originally listed at $349. Now appraisal came in at $320. If those idiots would have approved the house in 09, it would have been appraised at $349 because we have comps. Well, they waited and the market is not at the bottom. So stay tuned as I fight with them on the approval for $320. They already told me that their BPO is over $360. WITW???? They are KARAYZEEEE! I will update, but any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch.

We have encountered this situation with many different lenders because there is no communication between the loss mitigation departments and the foreclosure mills handling these cases. Depending on the judge and the procedures of the court where you are located, you may be able to file an emergency motion to cancel the sale or if it is too late for that, a motion to vacate the sale. You would need to show the judge proof that this property was foreclosed in error which should be no problem if you have the written approval from BOA.

Princess, been calling, emailing, you name it. I ended up getting a phone call from TOP Dog's cell phone at 7 am. He said "trust me" I will get this done! It's 4:30pm and nothing yet. But, I got his cell phone so you better believe he will be hearing from me as late as 10 pm. And I will call him in the AM again. It will foreclose tomorrow. Can you believe? They are a mess!

The Right hand is not talking to the left hand. Call B of A and advise them. They will contact legal and have the foreclosure removed from the list to be sold. It's common to see these things happen.
