  Ray, Bank of America will rarely allow a substitution of buyer. If you read the approval you will see it is buyer specific. BUT......you may be able to get an exception. You just won't be able to do it through Equator. You need to call BofA and try to reach a short sale supervisor to get an exception. Just remember they are under no obligation to do so. So try sweet talkin'
  
  In the meantime I would probably start another deal on Equator.
