Normally, it's customary that lightning will not strike twice....and I've become accustomed to believing that old addage to be true. In fact, I wouldn't expect anything different.....
HOWEVER, it's happened to me....I mean, the double strike of lightning! Right into my heart, nonetheless!!! First, Bayview fully approves my short sale with a full Seller's release of liability within 22 days....NOW, Greentree has done the same within 30 days!!!
Are these Servicers trying to vy for my affections???? If so, it's definitely working!!! Forget the chocolates, flowers, teddy bears, and all of those other mundane trinkets....the fact that these two Servicers are working with me to ensure that this short sale process moves smoothly is THE perfect Valentine's Day Gift!!! Muah!!!

I didn't have any issues with the amount being offered to the second. We submitted a HUD with 20% of the second being allocated to the second, which the first agreed to. What you may have to do is to go ahead and see if you can bridge the gap with the buyer kicking in the difference (provided One West will allow more $$ to go towards the second lien). You may also try to get the second to give the Seller a prom note for the difference. Kicking in commission would be my last resort since it appears that you've been working your toukas off on this one (but I wouldn't take it off of the table)! Good luck to you!
oh come on now . you have to share I have had this file for a year now ..
Green tree is in second .. I finally got one west to approve it .. Green tree wants more than what one west is willing to give them ..
I was! Bayview had the first lien and Greentree had the second. Got full approval on both in less than 30 days....WITH WAIVERS OF LIABILITY! I'm still smiling!!!
were you able to get something done with Green tree trying to get an approval done with them .. they are in second place
