Good Morning Maria, I read that perhaps you have a good Contact at CCO. Man-O-Man! I have never been so completely frustrated and helpless in a Short Sale Negotiation. There does not seem to be a soul there with the any business sense, or intelligence. I basically deal with the response- "You'll take nothing, and like it" .... Unacceptable!
Thanks in advance,
Diana
Hi Maria, sorry for the late response I recently changed my email address. Unfortunately, I have not discovered an escalation contact with them. What I have found helpful is to email the customer service department ([email protected]) and cc your negotiator. That seemed to expedite matters. I was also able to get some information about the status of the file from that email. Give it a shot and let me know what happens.
