How to find a referral agent

Click The Button Now To Hire A Short Sale       Superstar To Support You.

THIS GROUP IS NOT TO POST ADS

*** You may introduce yourself if you are new. From then on only post a referral out if you  have one *** Offenders will have comments deleted.

There are now three ways to find an agent to refer to.

***A referral is a real seller or buyer looking to buy or sell real estate. PLEASE do not use the email blast to tell others you will pay a referral fee. That is NOT a referral. It is spam. And it's not allowed.

First, you can type in City and/State in the search box that's there when you click on the new "Find An Agent" tab at the top of every page. But remember this search is only as good as the information that we enter into the site.

So please go to your profile and make sure you enter your State and city or cities. Just separate by commas and you can add multiple cities.

Secondly, if you are logged in to the site and place your cursor over the "Find An Agent" tab you will see a sub tab "Referral Map". Take a couple of minutes and add yourself to the map. This will link back to your profile.

Thirdly, you can send out a message to the members of this group. Just look right over there to the right and "Send Message to Group".

Hope this helps.

Just close my #40 short sale on Friday. I would love referrals (25 to 30%) for SS in Connecticut since I am looking for higher price range ($300,000 and up). I do SS because I love to do them and could do even for no money. If everybody would be very grateful that I did.. I think it is a much more interesting work than just showing houses. If you want a short sale closed, talk to me:  [email protected].

Hello Wendy! To answer your question, "what is a fraud specialist?" Briefly,I investigate both real estate and mortgage fraud perpetrated by Realtors, Investors, Loan Officers, Appraisers on up to and including the Closing Attorneys. If I make an allegation, you can sure bet that I can prove my case to be frank! I've done this for 15+ years and I use the supportive documentation and evidence to get the seller's lenders to take literally thousands more in losses based upon the alleged fraud. Nine times out of ten the lenders already know or suspect fraud has been committed. They just want to see if you know it and hope that you don't find out.

As both shortsales and REOs definitely attract potential buyers in today's market I have found the 2011 Foreclosure Buyers Guide to be of help.  It is an excellent resource to have in your library and to offer to new buyers (helps to qualify them as serious as well).

Hello Colleagues! I've been a Preforeclosure/Bankruptcy/Fraud Specialist for the past 15+ years since the beginning of my Real Estate Career. I service the Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding suburbs within a 60 mile radius. I conduct monthly "FREE" Preforeclosure Workshops rotating from county to county. As well, I'm currently writing my first book on the subject matter of stopping foreclosures. I welcome the opportunity to assist your referrals in my area whether they desire to sell or keep their properties. Thank you and have a wonderful & prosperous week!!!
