Alton - do you mind sharing the email address and phone numbers of the contact you have? This is my second offer in with Fifth Third with a foreclosure sale date set for 5/11 that I am trying to beat. Still waiting to hear from the bank. Thanks

Lisa, I have some numbers and emails for you..I am dealing with Fifth third also..this is the second offer on a shortsale..they still say I need 5k more due to the BPO being higher than it should be..I have the emails of a couple of supervisors as well as my negotiator who is not all that helpful but he does respond to me..my offer has been submitted to Freddie Mac for review..I am waiting..I have made some folks mad over this one at Fifth Third..

Can anyone help? I have a short sale in fifth third. They called me last wednesday saying they never received the hardship letter so i faxed it in the same day. Afterwards, they denied the file. They won't even tell me why. Does anyone have a manager or team manager's phone number or email????

Fifth Third wants my client to sign a $150K promissory note. We countered them at $500 they denied that, so we up-ed our offer to $1000 cash at closing and a $1000 promissory note. I will keep you posted as to how this negotiation goes. Buyer is trying to close by the end of the month which is also the end of the quarter for Fifth Third.

Just got a response from fifth third after 13 days..and bank wants to net 12000 more for the deal..working with buyers now to see if they will come up as well with the sellers.. gotta keep negotiating!

Yes Steve Entwistle is the name I got from this website. He was excellent. I got answers and replies. I hated doing it because I felt this is probably why my shit never got anywhere because people jumping the line but after 9 months and still to get "the file is in review" I had to do it.... I do not have a contact as of yet. If anyone has the contact information for any higher ups at Fifth Third that will be much appreciaed.

I actually took an email from an approved shortsale letter that Bryant Tutas had posted and replaced the name with my contact, emailed him and he actually responded..he told me that my packet had been sent to review and gave me the number, extension and supervisors name..I will be calling her in the morning..its like pulling teeth with these people..I did one with Suntrust a while back and dealt with Steve Entwistle, he was good but did cut the commission by 1% right at the last..the ke is the supervisor and lots of persistence!..Thanks for our help..

I was looking for the same thing too Alton. Even the CEO's email I would take. I had to just do this with Suntrust and after waiting 9 months for ann approval, I got it approve within one week....
