I agree I don't know what they are doing over at AMS Servicing, but they are making BofA look efficient, which is a very difficult thing to do. I also had to resort to tweeting to get a HAFA approval recently and without BofA getting involved there would have been no approval.

What you can do is just send a tweet to @bofa_help you will get a direct msg asking for your contact info. Then they will see what they can do. The role of ams is to delay short sale files to the point where the bank forecloses, then collects the loss on the full balance from the insurer. This is how it is and will always be. I hate to say, but ive spent so much time on a ams / bofa short sale that went in circles. Fax something to them, confirm they got the fax, then call a week later, turns out they are missing paperwork.

AMS Loan Servicing sucks.  All you need to do is google AMS Loan Servicing and they come up at the top of the page with the negative reviews. I already exposed the way they handle short sale files. They basically go there to die.

AAAARGH!!! Hafa/BofA/Freddie via AMS Servicing. Going round and round on shoddy BPO last Sept. at 80K over obvious comps at 250K. FINALLY got a price that was reasonable in April, sold in two weeks (DUH!!!). NOW, AMS won't put it thru for final approval (and they've had it for 6 weeks!) because the net doesn't meet B of A/Freddie guidelines. Delegated loan. We are $2500 short. Negotiator said he'd put thru to a supervisor after much loud, strong talk from me. Yet.....need ideas.....where do I go, what do I do? They gave me the price they wanted. I got it. They never gave me a net to work with until 2 weeks ago. It's BS.

Don Pierce and Sheri Sharp both have been responsive.  Give it a try and let them know you didn't get help when needed 2 weeks ago
