I help people in tough times structure an "exit strategy" to their financial crisis. Contrary to popular belief, banks do not want to foreclose. The best outcome for all parties is a short sale that nets the bank more money & limits the damage to the homeowners' credit & financial loss. I speak the bank's language and empathize with the homeowner. I know how to bring all parties together for a mutually beneficial outcome.
