We commenced a short sale negotiation in April for a client regarding a WAMU loan.  We have been assigned a Chase negotiator - Anthony Loya - who, in the past, was difficult to reach but it was possible.

Lately, his extension rings and rings with no voicemail.  Emails go unanswered.  We were able to get him once only to have him ask us to send docs we had already sent - we complied.  I have used the numbers other group members have provided to no avail.  WAMU loan not in the system under the client's social, loan number or property address.

I have a buyer and agents getting frustrated and I am at a loss.

Any ideas?
