- I am a real estate Law & investment specialist and provide broker and consulting services concerning the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of residential and commercial real estate, whether it be single units or bulk REO packages ranging into the billions.
As a transactional attorney and partner of a boutique law firm in Rockville Centre, NY, I practiced real estate law exclusively for15 years. Our clientele hail from the entire metro NY area. The firm represents purchasers and sellers, investors, rehabbers, wholesalers, builders and Lenders.
My specialty is difficult real estate transactions - short sales, investment properties, REO purchases and trusts etc. I also engage in loss mitigation on behalf of distressed property owners and have successfully negotiated numerous short sales and loan modifications.
My other niche is social media marketing & networking. I love technology and espouse all it has to offer a busy professional like myself. I have the innate ability to put create an appealing online presence on all the major social media networks to create relationships with a high ROI.
